Services

We are a small animal pet crematorium. We cremate all small animals ranging from the largest dog to the smallest hamster and all are treated with equal care. We do not cremate farm livestock. We welcome any client who prefers to use a small pet crematorium.

We guarantee the ashes returned to you are those of your beloved pet.

Ashes are returned to you as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days, We will contact you as soon as they are ready for collection.

Ashes are returned in a variety of containers ranging from oak caskets and urns to scatter tubes and cardboard boxes.

For all clients using our service we have a dedicated “Goodbye Room”. Here you can sit with your pet privately and say your goodbyes.

For those clients who are unable to bring their pet to the crematorium, and who live locally, we may be able to collect them. This can only be arranged during the normal opening hours of Sandhole Veterinary Centre. When we are not open we use the emergency treatment service called PETS; this service cannot be used to arrange transport.
